1. Lead initiatives to redefine TAG Heuer's positioning and customer experience in Korea.
2. Develop and implement innovative retail strategies that challenge traditional luxury norms.
3. Collaborate with the General Manager to ensure a unified vision across transformation efforts.
4. Build and execute a retail strategy aligned with global objectives and local ambitions.
5. Identify and develop new business opportunities, including boutique openings and strategic partnerships.
6. Achieve ambitious sales targets and ensure boutique profitability and KPI success.
7. Maintain best-in-class operational standards across all boutiques.
8. Champion exceptional client experiences, reflecting TAG Heuer's spirit of innovation and luxury.
9. Direct CRM strategies to enhance customer loyalty, personalization, and retention.
10. Mentor teams by spending time in the field and modeling excellence.
11. Build high-performing teams that collaborate and grow together.
12. Foster a culture of accountability, recognition, and continuous improvement.
13. Contribute to strategic decisions and long-term direction as a key member of the executive committee.
14. Establish organizational foundations, including structure, processes, and ways of working.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
2. 12+ years of progressive retail leadership experience in luxury goods, ideally watches or jewelry.
3. Proven ability to deliver transformation and commercial results in complex retail environments.
4. Fluency in English (spoken and written).
5. Willingness to travel as required.
