- Lead initiatives to redefine TAG Heuer’s positioning and customer experience in Korea.
- Pioneer innovative retail strategies to set new industry standards.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to ensure a unified vision across transformation efforts.
- Build and execute a retail strategy aligned with global objectives and local ambitions.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, including boutique openings and strategic partnerships.
- Deliver ambitious sales targets, boutique profitability, and KPIs across the retail network.
- Set and maintain best-in-class operational standards across all boutiques.
- Champion exceptional client experiences, ensuring every interaction reflects TAG Heuer's spirit of innovation and luxury.
- Direct CRM strategies to strengthen customer loyalty, personalization, and retention.
- Mentor and develop high-performing, empowered teams.
- Foster a culture of accountability, recognition, and continuous improvement.
- Contribute as a key member of the executive committee, influencing strategic decisions and long-term direction.
- Help establish TAG Heuer Korea’s organizational foundations, including structure, processes, and ways of working.
- Embed LVMH culture and values into every aspect of the business.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 12+ years of progressive retail leadership experience in luxury goods, ideally watches or jewelry.
- Proven ability to deliver transformation and commercial results in complex retail environments.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Hands-on, action-oriented leadership style.
- Strong financial and analytical acumen.
- Expertise in CRM, customer experience, and visual merchandising.
- Experience in organizational development and culture building.
Minimum 12 years of progressive retail leadership experience in luxury goods, ideally in watches or jewelry.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
