2. Utilize power consumption testing to determine the required level of service accurately.
3. Evaluate all operating functions of watches to ensure comprehensive repair solutions.
4. Use Proconcept software to identify necessary repairs, parts, and generate estimates.
5. Collaborate with customer care to keep customers informed about the repair process and outcomes.
6. Maintain a proactive approach to addressing customer inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
7. Identify counterfeit watches and follow protocols for reporting and customer communication.
8. Validate warranty information to ensure appropriate repair handling and cost allocation.
9. Adhere to quality control protocols to ensure all repairs meet LVMH standards.
10. Meet or exceed daily quotas for estimates and quality control inspections.
11. Prioritize workload to ensure timely completion of tasks.
12. Maintain detailed and accurate records of all evaluations and repairs.

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Previous experience in estimating or quality control within a production environment is highly desirable.
3. Proficient typing skills.

3. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
4. Ability to quickly learn new computer programs, specifically Proconcept.
5. Excellent communication skills, with a courteous and professional demeanor.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field.
