TAG Heuer Repair Estimator

- Conduct thorough examinations of customer watches to identify defects and assess repair needs.
- Utilize power consumption testing to determine the required level of service accurately.
- Evaluate all operating functions of watches to ensure comprehensive repair solutions.
- Use Proconcept software to identify necessary repairs, parts, and generate estimates.
- Collaborate with customer care to keep customers informed about the repair process and outcomes.
- Maintain a proactive approach to addressing customer inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
- Identify counterfeit watches and follow protocols for reporting and customer communication.
- Validate warranty information to ensure appropriate repair handling and cost allocation.
- Adhere to quality control protocols to ensure all repairs meet LVMH standards.
- Meet or exceed daily quotas for estimates and quality control inspections.
- Prioritize workload to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all evaluations and repairs.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in estimating or quality control within a production environment is highly desirable.
- Proficient typing skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks with strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to quickly learn new computer programs, specifically Proconcept.
- Excellent communication skills, with a courteous and professional demeanor.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field.
High school diploma or equivalent.
