1. Conduct thorough examinations of customer watches to diagnose defects and assess repair needs.
2. Utilize power consumption testing to determine the required level of service accurately.
3. Evaluate all operating functions of watches to ensure comprehensive repair solutions.
4. Use Proconcept software to identify necessary repairs and parts, generating accurate estimates.
5. Collaborate with customer care to keep customers informed about the repair process and outcomes.
6. Address customer inquiries proactively to ensure satisfaction throughout the repair journey.
7. Identify counterfeit watches and follow established protocols for reporting and communication.
8. Validate warranty information to ensure appropriate repair handling and cost allocation.
9. Adhere to quality control protocols throughout the repair process, ensuring all repairs meet LVMH standards.
10. Meet or exceed daily quotas for estimates and quality control inspections while maintaining accuracy.
11. Prioritize workload effectively to ensure timely completion of tasks.
12. Maintain detailed and accurate records of all evaluations and repairs.

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

1. Ability to prioritize tasks with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
2. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
3. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
4. Proficient typing skills and ability to quickly learn new computer programs, specifically Proconcept.
5. Excellent communication skills, demonstrated by the ability to interact in a courteous, professional, and informative manner with colleagues and customers.

Previous experience in estimating or quality control within a production environment is highly desirable. For internal candidates, a strong working knowledge of Proconcept is strongly preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
