TAG HeuerR&D Simulation Engineer

- Identify robustness constraints related to production deviations and anticipate malfunctions within tolerance intervals.
- Contribute to risk reduction during product development.
- Participate in technical solution selection with constructors.
- Actively engage in FMEA processes and laboratory analysis.
- Propose product improvement solutions.
- Ensure reliability of existing calibers based on quality and market feedback.
- Leverage experience to evolve construction standards.
- Design and develop new concepts according to the Innovation roadmap.
- Develop custom calculation tools if necessary (e.g., Python scripts).
- Serve as a key user of numerical simulation software (Ansys, LsDyna, etc.).
- Degree in mechanical engineering, microtechnology, or equivalent qualification.
- Specialization in watchmaking construction is an additional asset.
- Proficiency in FEM, static and transient implicit/explicit analyses, RBD.
- Expertise in simulation software, preferably Ansys.
- Experience in sensitivity analysis and robustness, as well as numerical optimization processes.
- Rigorous and analytical mindset.
- Collaborative spirit.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in numerical simulation within an industrial environment, ideally in the microtechnology sector.
Degree in mechanical engineering, microtechnology, or equivalent qualification.
Hybrid working mode.
