R&D Simulation Engineer

1. Identify robustness constraints related to production deviations and anticipate malfunctions within tolerance intervals.
2. Contribute to risk reduction during product development.
3. Participate in technical solution selection with constructors.
4. Actively engage in FMEA processes and laboratory analysis.
5. Propose product improvement solutions.
6. Ensure reliability of existing calibers based on quality and market feedback.
7. Leverage experience to evolve construction standards.
8. Design and develop new concepts according to the Innovation roadmap.
9. Develop custom calculation tools if necessary (e.g., Python scripts).
10. Serve as a key user of numerical simulation software (Ansys, LsDyna, etc.).

1. Degree in mechanical engineering, microtechnology, or equivalent qualification.
2. Specialization in watchmaking construction is an additional asset.

1. Proficiency in FEM, static and transient implicit/explicit analyses, RBD.
2. Expertise in simulation software, preferably Ansys.
3. Experience in sensitivity analysis and robustness, as well as numerical optimization processes.
4. Rigorous and analytical mindset.
5. Collaborative spirit.

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in numerical simulation within an industrial environment, ideally in the microtechnology sector.

Degree in mechanical engineering, microtechnology, or equivalent qualification.
