TAG Heuer R&D Simulation Engineer

- Identify robustness constraints related to production deviations and anticipate malfunctions within tolerance intervals.
- Contribute to risk reduction during product development by participating in technical solution selection with constructors and actively engaging in FMEA processes and laboratory analysis.
- Propose product improvement solutions.
- Enhance the reliability of existing calibers through numerical approaches based on quality and market feedback.
- Leverage experiential feedback to evolve construction standards.
- Design and develop new concepts according to the Innovation roadmap.
- Develop custom calculation tools if necessary, such as Python scripts.
- Establish oneself as a key user of numerical simulation software, including Ansys and LsDyna.
- Degree in mechanical engineering, microtechnology, or equivalent. Specialization in watchmaking construction is an advantage.
- Proficiency in FEM, static and transient implicit/explicit analyses, and RBD.
- Mastery of simulation software, preferably Ansys.
- Experience in sensitivity analysis, robustness, and numerical optimization processes.
- Attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Collaborative spirit.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in numerical simulation within an industrial environment, ideally in the microtechnology sector.
Degree in mechanical engineering, microtechnology, or equivalent.
