1. Oversee the production of carbon hairsprings using CVD technology.
2. Serve as a key reference for the critical manufacturing step of CVD.
3. Ensure the operational condition of CVD equipment through regular maintenance.
4. Develop and industrialize plans related to CVD production.
5. Optimize existing process parameters to enhance efficiency.
6. Conduct bibliographic research and technological monitoring.
7. Synthesize and present experimental results.

1. Engineering degree with a specialization in materials science, physics, or chemistry.
2. Minimum of 3 years of industrial experience, preferably in thin film deposition.

2. Proficiency in continuous process improvement.
3. Curiosity and autonomy in a production environment.
4. Strong collaborative spirit in a dynamic setting.
5. Fluency in English.

A minimum of 3 years of industrial experience, particularly in thin film deposition, is preferred.
