TAG Heuer Quality Metrology Technician

- Develop and oversee controls on three-dimensional measurement machines.
- Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of control equipment throughout the factory.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and address non-conformities.
- Ensure the correct application of control strategies during serial production.
- Guarantee the calibration and maintenance of measurement equipment.
- Assess the competency of colleagues in dimensional measurement.
- Conduct technological watch activities.
- Define control strategies for new developments during project phases.
- Train colleagues in dimensional controls of watch case components and finished products.
- Analyze technical files in case of production failures and manage non-conformities.
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to identify and resolve non-conformity issues.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of measurement and quality control processes.
- Technical training in mechanics, microtechnology, and/or metrology.
- Confirmed experience in metrology, with a minimum of 3 years.
- Experience in the watchmaking or precision mechanics sector is ideal.
- Experience with metrology machines similar to the THMB park is advantageous.
- Proficiency in traditional measurement tools (micrometers, calipers).
- Expertise in programming at least one of the three-dimensional measurement machines in the THMB park.
- Strong ability to read plans and understand ISO-GPS tolerancing.
- Excellent knowledge of functional dimensioning.
- Strong writing and documentation skills.
- Aesthetic sensitivity.
- Knowledge of manufacturing techniques and project management is a plus.
- Fluency in French and English is an asset.
- Methodical, rigorous, and organized with a sense of priorities.
- Proactive and autonomous.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team collaboration.
- Tenacity and a sense of urgency.
- Adaptability to change.
A minimum of 3 years of confirmed experience in metrology, ideally within the watchmaking or precision mechanics industry.
Technical training in mechanics, microtechnology, and/or metrology.
