TAG Heuer Procurement Specialist

- Define and implement purchasing strategies in collaboration with the Supply Chain Manager.
- Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and logistical and financial conditions, adhering to LVMH's ethical standards.
- Oversee the placement and tracking of orders to meet production deadlines.
- Conduct market research on supplier trends and technological advancements.
- Expand and adapt the supplier base to align with market changes, including volume consolidation and sourcing from emerging markets.
- Foster beneficial partnerships by challenging existing supplier relationships.
- Ensure suppliers and subcontractors adhere to Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) standards.
- Conduct supplier evaluations and audits, ensuring compliance with standards such as RJC and LVMH Code.
- Support the quality team in addressing quality events and supplier returns.
- Manage procurement for new product launches and ramp-up deliveries from new suppliers.
- Maintain the integrity of procurement portfolios, both physical and digital.
- Monitor and analyze procurement indicators and reporting.
- Advanced education in procurement or logistics preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of procurement experience in the watchmaking industry.
- Proficiency in office software tools.
- Experience with production management systems.
- Fluency in English; basic knowledge of German.
- Attention to detail and responsiveness.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to be firm yet diplomatic.
- Commitment to meeting objectives and maintaining high standards.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and open-mindedness.
A minimum of three years of experience in procurement within the watchmaking sector is required.
Advanced education in procurement or logistics is preferred.
