TAG Heuer Payroll and Personnel Administration Specialist

- Execute monthly payroll processing in compliance with regulations, collective agreements, and company policies.
- Verify and transmit payroll-related information for new hires and terminations.
- Collect, prepare, and input variable payroll data.
- Review payroll slips and final settlements.
- Manage monthly advances and garnishments.
- Update payroll software and time management systems.
- Handle post-payroll processes and prepare provisions for the Finance department.
- Oversee all aspects of personnel administration, including onboarding and offboarding.
- Manage health insurance and pension files and contributions.
- Coordinate medical examinations and draft contractual documents.
- Maintain personnel records and manage meal voucher orders.
- Prepare various attestations and update employee administrative data.
- Monitor administrative deadlines and manage absence records.
- Handle expatriate contributions and VIE contract billing.
- Prepare and verify social declarations and reports, including URSSAF and DSN.
- Contribute to the annual social report and prepare C&B reports.
- Participate in cross-functional projects related to diversity, inclusion, and employer branding.
- Organize employee sales events in collaboration with other LVMH brands.
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Personnel Management, or Payroll.
- Minimum of 3 years of significant experience in payroll and personnel administration.
- Strong foundation in payroll management and experience with payroll software and HRIS tools.
- Internal client service orientation and service-minded approach.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical mindset.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Flexibility and responsiveness.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in French and English.
A minimum of 3 years of significant experience in payroll and personnel administration is required.
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Personnel Management, or Payroll.
