1. Drive sales performance by achieving sales targets through effective selling techniques and collaboration.
2. Enhance boutique sales and meet objectives by focusing on personal KPIs and delivering exceptional in-store experiences.
3. Support team members in the boutique to foster a collaborative environment.
4. Utilize omnichannel sales strategies to ensure optimal client experiences across all touchpoints.
5. Propose innovative ideas to boost sales, including merchandising and event strategies.
6. Act as a passionate Brand Ambassador, embodying TAG Heuer's brand DNA at events and in daily interactions.
7. Achieve individual clienteling objectives by leveraging available tools for outreach and appointments.
8. Ensure high-quality client data collection and use this data to personalize client interactions and grow the business.
9. Communicate the brand story and technical details to build trust and long-lasting client relationships.
10. Contribute to operational excellence by adhering to retail and administrative processes, including inventory and cash management.
11. Utilize tools such as CEGID and Salesforce effectively and perform visual merchandising tasks.
12. Coordinate aftersales operations and ensure compliance with internal control policies.
13. Maintain a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a luxury retail environment.
2. Fluency in English and the local language; a third language is advantageous.
3. In-depth knowledge of watches, lifestyle trends, new technologies, and sports.

Salary commensurate with experience: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour plus commission and bonus.
