1. Pre-pack and box all watches, ensuring each is ticketed with retail labels and accompanied by instruction booklets and marketing materials before adding to the finished goods inventory.
2. Receive cross-training and certification to perform additional functions as defined by management and the collective bargaining agreement.
3. Pick watches in accordance with customer purchase orders and printed pick slips.
4. Perform pick confirmation scanning to validate the accuracy of outbound customer orders.
5. Pack outbound customer orders in the shipping department for pick-up by UPS, Fed-Ex, or armored carriers.

1. Ability to perform tasks with precision and attention to detail.
2. Willingness to receive cross-training and certification for additional functions.

1. Proficiency in handling and packaging luxury goods.
2. Competence in using scanning and inventory management systems.
3. Strong organizational skills.

Beginner level experience in operations or a related field is required.
