TAG Heuer Operational Quality Manager

- Ensure the implementation of quality standards by defining, disseminating, and executing quality actions.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement while managing costs effectively.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure an effective quality approach.
- Establish performance indicators and initiate improvement actions.
- Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of actions and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Manage a team of approximately 25 employees, fostering their development and conducting annual reviews.
- Ensure the availability of infrastructure and equipment.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety guidelines and emergency protocols.
- Supervise the management of components and watches.
- Engineering degree or Master's in Quality/Reliability Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in the watchmaking industry.
- Proficiency in IT tools and understanding of industrial logistics challenges.
- Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
- Ability to translate quality strategies into actionable plans.
- Strong management, motivation, and team development skills.
- Leadership and delegation capabilities.
- Ability to manage priorities in a complex environment.
- Excellent communication and interaction skills across all company functions.
- Active listening, rigor, respect, and integrity in all interactions.
Minimum 5 years, ideally within the watchmaking industry.
Engineering degree or Master's in Quality/Reliability Engineering.
