TAG Heuer Operational Excellence Manager

- Provide necessary support to teams for resolving non-conformities.
- Lead scrap committees and QRQC manufacturing sessions, and train production/quality relays.
- Ensure adherence to problem-solving methodologies.
- Initiate and oversee LEAN projects.
- Participate in and coordinate training for new project leaders.
- Audit and develop managers on managerial standards.
- Lead waste committees and conduct field audits.
- Develop and implement methodologies such as 6 Sigma, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and Just In Time.
- Define performance improvement KPIs and identify improvement areas from performance data and audits.
- Design and implement action plans to enhance performance and achieve set objectives.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the company.
- Communicate effectively with various departments to ensure project buy-in.
- Prepare and present regular reports on progress and results.
- Maintain constant technological and methodological awareness to identify best practices.
- Engineering degree or equivalent with a specialization in production management, continuous improvement, or quality.
- Proficiency in LEAN tools and QRQC.
- Strong command of English.
- Leadership and ability to unite teams.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in continuous improvement and the application of LEAN Manufacturing principles is required.
Engineering degree or equivalent with a specialization in production management, continuous improvement, or quality.
The position offers a hybrid working mode, allowing for flexibility between remote and on-site work.
