TAG Heuer Movement Development Project Manager

1. Manage and coordinate movement development projects for the Core Collection and Haute Horlogerie from specification drafting to launch delivery.
2. Lead the project team, including Technical Office, Laboratory, Methods, Quality, Purchasing, After-Sales Service, and Logistics, to achieve project objectives in terms of Quality, Cost, and Deadlines.
3. Develop project schedules with internal and external teams and monitor development flow stages to ensure compliance with timelines, costs, and quality deliverables.
4. Prepare and monitor project budgets.
5. Facilitate effective communication across departments and engage the project team around project challenges.
6. Report project progress regularly, identifying associated risks and action plans.
7. Ensure adherence to quality standards and manage discrepancies with teams.
8. Propose improvements to the development process and project management tools.

1. Engineering degree in microtechnology or mechanics.
2. Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.

1. Technical project management expertise with strong watchmaking knowledge (manufacturing and movement).
2. Proficiency in standard office software (MS Office); knowledge of SAP, Windchill, and PowerBI is advantageous.
3. Excellent communication skills, ability to unify teams and simplify complex information.
4. Leadership, rigor, and open-mindedness.
5. Fluent in French; English is desirable.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar technical project management role, preferably within the watchmaking industry.

Engineering degree in microtechnology or mechanics.
