TAG Heuer Movement Development Project Manager

- Manage and coordinate movement development projects for the Core Collection and Haute Horlogerie from specification drafting to launch delivery.
- Lead the project team, including Technical Office, Laboratory, Methods, Quality, Purchasing, After-Sales Service, and Logistics, to achieve project objectives in terms of Quality, Cost, and Deadlines.
- Develop project schedules with internal and external teams and monitor development flow stages to ensure compliance with timelines, costs, and quality deliverables.
- Prepare and monitor project budgets.
- Facilitate effective communication across departments and engage the project team around project challenges.
- Report project progress regularly, identifying associated risks and action plans.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and manage discrepancies with teams.
- Propose improvements to the development process and project management tools.
- Engineering degree in microtechnology or mechanics.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Technical project management expertise with strong watchmaking knowledge (manufacturing and movement).
- Proficiency in standard office software (MS Office); knowledge of SAP, Windchill, and PowerBI is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to unify teams and simplify complex information.
- Leadership, rigor, and open-mindedness.
- Fluent in French; English is desirable.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar technical project management role, preferably within the watchmaking industry.
Engineering degree in microtechnology or mechanics.
