TAG Heuer Methods Technician

- Collaborate with the technical office and production teams to validate manufacturing processes and develop operational sequences for new products.
- Program CNC machines and robots within specified timelines.
- Manage technical data for the workshop, including job sheets, tools, and programs.
- Standardize and document manufacturing processes.
- Oversee the procurement of tooling and consumables.
- Support teams in the setup of new products and production lines.
- Train and integrate new technicians and setters.
- Participate in the review and improvement of existing processes and sequences to optimize quality, costs, and cycle times.
- Analyze technical and quality issues, implement action plans, and monitor corrective actions.
- Conduct technological and industrial research to propose technical or organizational innovations.
- Technical training as a Technician
- Proficiency in CNC machines (Bumotec, Nakamura, and/or Recomatic)
- Expertise in CAM programming, 5-axis CNC (ESPIRT and/or GIBBSCAM)
- Mastery of traditional measuring tools, Marcel Aubert, and/or 3D measurement
- Strong aesthetic sensitivity
- Methodical, rigorous, and organized
- Inventive with a pragmatic approach
- Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork ability
- Pedagogical skills
- Proactive and innovative
A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience as a programmer and setter is required.
Technical training as a Technician.
