1. Collaborate with the technical office and production teams to validate manufacturing processes and develop operational sequences for new products.
2. Program CNC machines and robots within specified timelines.
3. Manage technical data for the workshop, including job sheets, tools, and programs.
4. Standardize and document manufacturing processes.
5. Oversee the procurement of tooling and consumables.
6. Support teams in the setup of new products and production lines.
7. Train and integrate new technicians and setters.
8. Participate in the review and improvement of existing processes and sequences to optimize quality, costs, and cycle times.
9. Analyze technical and quality issues, implement action plans, and monitor corrective actions.
10. Conduct technological and industrial research to propose technical or organizational innovations.

1. Technical training as a Technician

1. Proficiency in CNC machines (Bumotec, Nakamura, and/or Recomatic)
2. Expertise in CAM programming, 5-axis CNC (ESPIRT and/or GIBBSCAM)
3. Mastery of traditional measuring tools, Marcel Aubert, and/or 3D measurement
4. Strong aesthetic sensitivity
5. Methodical, rigorous, and organized
6. Inventive with a pragmatic approach
7. Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork ability
8. Pedagogical skills
9. Proactive and innovative

A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience as a programmer and setter is required.
