TAG Heuer Methods Project Manager

- Oversee the industrialization of new products both internally and through subcontractors.
- Support the Methods department with prototype tracking, production support, and the creation and updating of operational ranges.
- Lead the portfolio of industrial performance improvement projects, including analysis, issue identification, and project management.
- Participate in projects aimed at reducing lead times and optimizing assembly methods in workshops.
- Maintain and enhance data analysis tools, with knowledge of MES and Power BI as an advantage.
- Standardize and improve manufacturing and industrialization processes across departments, sites, and subcontractors.
- Analyze, identify, and implement best manufacturing practices among internal and external stakeholders.
- Prioritize and lead cross-functional projects to enhance industrial performance.
- Engineering degree from an institution such as EPF or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the watchmaking industry.
- Basic knowledge of watchmaking, including casing and movement.
- Proficiency in continuous improvement tools (Lean, 5S, etc.) and project management.
- Familiarity with standard office software and MES/Power BI tools is a plus.
- General knowledge in physics, mechanics, and industrial computing.

- Change management aptitude.
A minimum of 5 years in project management within the horology sector is required.
Engineering degree from EPF or equivalent.
