- Drive the commercial success of collections across the region, blending analytical discipline with a passion for luxury products.
- Lead assortment planning, sales forecasting, inventory optimization, and product performance analysis.
- Collaborate with HQ, retail, wholesale, and e-commerce to develop a cohesive and profitable product strategy.
- Build assortments aligned with brand positioning and local business and marketing plans.
- Recommend and forecast SKU order quantities and product mix by market and channel.
- Influence product development feedback to HQ based on regional insights.
- Lead the annual forecasting process, incorporating market trends and historical performance.
- Develop structured buy plans for new collections and special editions.
- Deliver weekly and monthly reporting on sell-through, stock turn, margin, and product productivity.
- Manage stock rebalancing, transfer, and replenishment for all channels.
- Conduct market data analysis and assess commercial trends.
- Partner with various departments to ensure a unified commercial strategy.
- Ensure smooth daily operations and review key reports and data.
- University graduate or above
- Good command of spoken and written English; French is a plus
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Proficiency with Excel and planning tools
- Strategic thinking and planning
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Energetic, pragmatic, and result-oriented
- Team leadership
- Attentive to details
Minimum 8 years of experience in merchandising or planning, ideally within luxury watches, jewelry, or accessories. Knowledge of Swiss watchmaking, chronographs, and digital watch trends is a strong advantage.
University graduate or above
