1. Support the existing team in data analysis, ensuring data completeness and consistency across various systems.
2. Participate in the development of a dashboard to enable efficient database management and propose relevant performance indicators.
3. Define best practices, draft, and maintain departmental operating procedures in collaboration with the team.
4. Assist markets in the change management process related to the centralization of subsidiary data management.

1. Proficiency in written and spoken English (ideally C1 level).
2. Ability to communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders and teams.
3. Strong analytical skills and a penchant for various IT systems.

1. Proficiency in Power BI for navigation and report creation.
2. Familiarity with professional software such as SAP and Windchill (the latter is advantageous but not mandatory).
3. Rigorous, autonomous, and capable of challenging existing practices.

Entry-level experience is acceptable.
