- Develop and deliver the UK & Ireland marketing strategy aligned with global brand objectives, translating global programs into local initiatives.
- Own the annual brand plan and marketing budget; monitor spend and report on ROI and effectiveness across channels.
- Lead day‑to‑day management of marketing, events, PR, digital and trade marketing teams to ensure flawless execution of the annual plan.
- Plan and activate high‑profile sponsorships and partnerships (e.g. motorsport, F1, cultural events) with integrated 360° marketing programs.
- Define and implement UK media strategy with agency partners; oversee media planning, buying and performance measurement.
- Oversee PR strategy and manage external PR agency to maximise earned media and brand reputation.
- Drive retail and trade marketing initiatives, partner co‑op programs and ensure consistency of brand representation across POS and retailer materials.
- Lead e‑commerce strategy for the UK market: product merchandising, content publishing, channel optimisation and commercial performance.
- Implement and manage digital marketing campaigns, CRM activation and e‑marketing content to grow online sales and customer lifetime value.
- Manage digital/e‑commerce projects end‑to‑end and continuously analyse campaign data to optimise conversion and ROI.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with HQ marketing, DCX, CRM and Retail teams to ensure alignment and best practice sharing.
- Recruit, develop and appraise direct and indirect reports; set clear objectives, coach performance and foster team motivation.
- Proven leadership experience managing multi‑disciplinary marketing and digital teams; responsibility for headcount and performance management.
- Track record of building and executing country‑level marketing plans aligned to global brand strategy, preferably within luxury goods.
- Demonstrable experience activating sponsorships, events, media, PR and trade marketing at a senior level.
- Strong commercial acumen with proven ownership of marketing budgets and measured ROI delivery.
- Operationally hands‑on while capable of thinking and presenting at a strategic level; excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Minimum five years' relevant experience with at least four years in a leadership role; extensive 360° marketing exposure across media, events, sponsorship, PR, digital and retail marketing, ideally in the luxury or premium consumer goods sector.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline preferred.
