TAG Heuer Marketing & Communication Manager

- Develop and execute a comprehensive 360° marketing strategy in alignment with international brand guidelines to enhance brand positioning and drive engagement.
- Lead and manage a marketing team, including a Marketing 360 Project Manager, PR Project Manager, and Intern, ensuring effective collaboration and execution of marketing initiatives.
- Oversee trade marketing efforts, collaborating with area managers and wholesale partners to implement cooperative promotions and initiatives.
- Define and manage annual marketing budgets, ensuring ROI and effectiveness across business channels.
- Coordinate with media agencies to develop and implement annual media plans, optimizing content and campaigns for maximum impact.
- Expand TAG Heuer's PR presence by managing relationships with key journalists, influencers, and brand ambassadors.
- Plan and execute events and sponsorship activations, including local Formula 1 Grand Prix activations, to support key launches and enhance brand visibility.
- Lead budget presentations and report on market performance, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to inform CRM and trade strategies.
- Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, or Business Development
- 8+ years of experience in marketing, retail, and/or digital sectors
- Fluency in English
- Strong negotiation skills and inspirational leadership
- In-depth understanding of the retail environment in fast-paced industries
- Proven experience in CRM and customer loyalty programs
- Affinity for the watchmaking industry
- Strategic planning and analytical skills
- Interpersonal and relationship-building skills

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

A minimum of 8 years in marketing, retail, and/or digital sectors, with a focus on strategic planning and execution.
