- Support the management, planning, and processes of the logistics department.
- Ensure logistics tasks are executed safely and efficiently, adhering to company safety standards.
- Monitor daily activities and resolve issues promptly to prevent operational delays.
- Document processes as standard operating procedures and ensure team compliance.
- Assist in managing facilities and security across all sites.
- Hold keyholder and call-out responsibilities.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety requirements, including manual handling and lifting.
- Oversee the security and provision of stock rooms, ensuring access is restricted to authorized personnel.
- Report stock levels and collaborate with the Sales Operations department for accurate stock management.
- Motivate the team to achieve individual and departmental targets.
- Prioritize and delegate tasks based on workflow.
- Support training and inductions within the department.
- Drive multiskilling initiatives.
- Maintain effective communication with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Ensure the logistics area is clean, tidy, and hazard-free.
- Support the manager in driving process improvements within the department.
- Provide outstanding service and embody brand values as a passionate Brand Ambassador.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, including receiving, warehousing, stock management, picking & packing, and shipping processes. Previous team leading or supervisory experience is required, preferably within a distribution department in the trade/retail industry, with luxury goods experience being advantageous.
