1. Support the management, planning, and processes of the logistics department.
2. Ensure logistics tasks are executed safely and efficiently, adhering to company safety standards.
3. Monitor daily activities and resolve issues promptly to prevent operational delays.
4. Document processes as standard operating procedures and ensure team compliance.
5. Assist in managing facilities and security across all sites.
6. Hold keyholder and call-out responsibilities.
7. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety requirements, including manual handling and lifting.
8. Oversee the security and provision of stock rooms, ensuring access is restricted to authorized personnel.
9. Report stock levels and collaborate with the Sales Operations department for accurate stock management.
10. Motivate the team to achieve individual and departmental targets.
11. Prioritize and delegate tasks based on workflow.
12. Support training and inductions within the department.
13. Drive multiskilling initiatives.
14. Maintain effective communication with colleagues and stakeholders.
15. Ensure the logistics area is clean, tidy, and hazard-free.
16. Support the manager in driving process improvements within the department.
17. Provide outstanding service and embody brand values as a passionate Brand Ambassador.
18. Develop brand and operational knowledge through training and effective networking.
19. Stay updated on product knowledge.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, including receiving, warehousing, stock management, picking & packing, and shipping processes. Previous team leading or supervisory experience is required, preferably within a distribution department in the trade/retail industry, with luxury goods experience being advantageous.
