TAG Heuer Logistics Officer

1. Manage weekly watch shipment receipting for all brands.
2. Organize unpacking and storage of goods.
3. Pick and pack items for dispatch responsibly and timely.
4. Coordinate dispatch freight for delivery and arrange pickups.
5. Document and escalate any delivery, shipping, or reception issues.
6. Oversee management of watch packaging and consumables.
7. Conduct monthly stock takes.
8. Coordinate and communicate with internal departments on logistics matters.
9. Provide feedback and collaborate with management to improve logistics processes.
10. Update standard operating procedures for logistics processes.
11. Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

1. 2-3 years of experience in supply chain and/or operations.
2. Experience in the luxury goods industry is advantageous.
3. Experience with SAP is a plus.

1. Excellent organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.
2. Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain or operations, preferably within the luxury goods industry.
