1. Distribute and receive post efficiently.
2. Complete and file necessary documentation.
3. Arrange deliveries with couriers, ensuring accurate documentation and database records.
4. Check and pack stock and repairs in alignment with agreed targets.
5. Restock and maintain organization and safety of work areas.
6. Follow and maintain up-to-date knowledge of Health and Safety procedures, including manual handling and lifting.
7. Support the team in achieving departmental targets and deadlines.
8. Manage internal and external customer queries professionally and effectively.
9. Maintain site security and facilities as required.
10. Adhere to and promote company health and safety policies.
11. Support the development of programs, practices, and systems used by the team.
12. Assist and support team development and attend trainings as required.
13. Develop and maintain current product and brand knowledge.
14. Support general duties and colleagues within the logistics department.
15. Ensure confidentiality of information.
16. Provide outstanding service to all clients as a Brand Ambassador.
17. Embody brand values and act as a passionate Brand Ambassador.
18. Actively develop brand knowledge through training and build an effective support network.
19. Stay updated on product knowledge.
