1. Distribute and receive post efficiently.
2. Complete and file necessary documentation.
3. Arrange deliveries with couriers, ensuring accurate documentation and database records.
4. Check and pack stock and repairs in accordance with agreed targets.
5. Restock and maintain organization and safety of work areas.
6. Adhere to and maintain up-to-date knowledge of Health and Safety procedures, including manual handling and lifting.
7. Support the team in achieving departmental targets and deadlines.
8. Manage internal and external customer queries professionally and effectively.
9. Maintain site security and facilities as required.

11. Support the development of programs, practices, and systems used by the team.
12. Assist in the development of the team and attend required trainings.

14. Support general duties and colleagues within the logistics department.
15. Ensure confidentiality of information.
16. Provide outstanding service to all clients as a Brand Ambassador.
