TAG Heuer International Distribution & Logistics Analyst

- Formalize and structure logistics processes to ensure completeness and consistency.
- Track and document upcoming process changes and evolutions planned for 2026.
- Manage and control invoices related to 3PL, transportation, duties, and taxes, ensuring consistency checks.
- Support monthly closing activities by securing timely and accurate invoice validation.
- Monitor and resolve stock discrepancies between different IT systems in collaboration with 3PL partners.
- Provide support for analyses during semi-annual physical inventories.
- Conduct data analysis and update/develop performance monitoring indicators for warehouses.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects such as special sales organization, pricing grid reviews, and CSR impact analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, International Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Understanding of logistics operations, inventory management principles, and international trade mechanisms.
- Strong motivation for process optimization with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Methodical and rigorous with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate proactivity.
- Good knowledge of ERP systems; SAP experience is a strong asset.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Fluency in French and English; German is advantageous.
Initial experience in supply chain or logistics is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, International Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
