1. Formalize and structure logistics processes to ensure completeness and consistency.
2. Track and document upcoming process changes and evolutions planned for 2026.
3. Manage and control invoices related to 3PL, transportation, duties, and taxes, ensuring consistency checks.
4. Support monthly closing activities by securing timely and accurate invoice validation.
5. Monitor and resolve stock discrepancies between different IT systems in collaboration with 3PL partners.
6. Provide support for analyses during semi-annual physical inventories.
7. Conduct data analysis and update/develop performance monitoring indicators for warehouses.
8. Contribute to cross-functional projects such as special sales organization, pricing grid reviews, and CSR impact analysis.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, International Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

1. Understanding of logistics operations, inventory management principles, and international trade mechanisms.
2. Strong motivation for process optimization with a continuous improvement mindset.
3. Methodical and rigorous with strong analytical skills.
4. Ability to work independently and demonstrate proactivity.
5. Good knowledge of ERP systems; SAP experience is a strong asset.
6. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
7. Fluency in French and English; German is advantageous.

Initial experience in supply chain or logistics is required.
