Internal Controls Coordinator

1. Analyze retail cash transactions and ensure compliance with IRS cash reporting obligations.
2. Assist with the annual LVMH internal controls self-assessment.
3. Collaborate with the Finance department for reconciliation support.
4. Update and maintain anti-money laundering policies in compliance with IRS Form 8300 guidelines.
5. Partner with Accounts Payable to consolidate new supplier documentation.
6. Reconcile inventory records between boutique stores and SAP.
7. Collaborate on overdue consignment inventory follow-ups.
8. Analyze suppliers with no activity for 24 months and maintain approval workflow documents.

1. Fluent in English.

1. Proactive problem-solving approach.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
4. Relevant SAP experience preferred.
5. Ability to learn and navigate database programs quickly.
6. Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
7. Receptive to constructive feedback.

Beginner

Hourly wage between $22 and $24.
