1. Conduct weekly reviews of cash transactions at all boutique stores to ensure compliance with IRS cash reporting obligations.
2. Assist with the annual LVMH internal controls self-assessment.
3. Provide reconciliation support in collaboration with the Finance department.
4. Update and maintain policies to ensure compliance with IRS Form 8300 guidelines and company reporting requirements.
5. Partner with the Accounts Payable Department to consolidate new supplier documentation into a comprehensive packet.
6. Reconcile inventory records between boutique stores and SAP, and resolve discrepancies with Boutique Managers.
7. Collaborate with internal partners to follow up on overdue consignment inventory.
8. Analyze suppliers with no activity for 24 months and maintain uniform approval workflow documents.

1. Beginner experience in a similar role.

1. Proactive and effective problem-solving mindset.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
4. Relevant SAP experience preferred.
5. Ability to learn and navigate database computer programs quickly.
6. Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.
7. Receptive to constructive feedback.
8. Fluent in English.

Beginner experience in a similar role is required.

Hourly wage ranging from $22 to $24.
