TAG Heuer Internal Controls Coordinator

- Conduct weekly reviews of cash transactions at all boutique stores to ensure compliance with IRS cash reporting obligations.
- Assist with the annual LVMH internal controls self-assessment.
- Provide reconciliation support in collaboration with the Finance department.
- Update and maintain policies to ensure compliance with IRS Form 8300 guidelines and company reporting requirements.
- Partner with the Accounts Payable Department to consolidate new supplier documentation into a comprehensive packet.
- Reconcile inventory records between boutique stores and SAP, and resolve discrepancies with Boutique Managers.
- Collaborate with internal partners to follow up on overdue consignment inventory.
- Analyze suppliers with no activity for 24 months and maintain uniform approval workflow documents.
- Beginner experience in a similar role.
- Proactive and effective problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Relevant SAP experience preferred.
- Ability to learn and navigate database computer programs quickly.
- Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.
- Receptive to constructive feedback.
- Fluent in English.
Beginner experience in a similar role is required.
Hourly wage ranging from $22 to $24.
