TAG Heuer Intellectual Property & Marketing Counsel

- Implement and contribute to the Maison’s intellectual property protection strategy, including filings, renewals and global portfolio management for trademarks, designs and domain names in coordination with external counsel and service providers.
- Manage and support pre-litigation, litigation and administrative IP actions in collaboration with external counsel and internal stakeholders.
- Provide strategic legal advice to Product teams on naming, design availability, design-risk analysis and protection of creative assets used in collections and storytelling.
- Advise Marketing on legal and regulatory aspects of global campaigns, events, activations, influencer marketing and the use of AI; secure and exploit IP rights arising from campaigns.
- Draft, review and negotiate contracts related to marketing activities (partnerships, co‑branding, licences, sponsorships, ambassador agreements, service agreements) and oversee contractual relationships with external partners.
- Develop and deliver guidelines and training to raise awareness of IP best practices across operational teams and collaborate with other in‑house legal functions on cross‑Maison projects.
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments in IP and adjacent areas (unfair competition, ambush marketing, parasitism, AI) and translate them into actionable guidance.
- Advanced legal degree with a specialisation in intellectual property law (LL.M. or equivalent).
- Minimum five years’ professional experience in a law firm and/or legal department of an international company; experience in luxury, premium goods or watchmaking is strongly preferred.
- Proven track record in drafting and negotiating commercial and marketing contracts.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Autonomy, legal rigour, adaptability, initiative and excellent interpersonal skills; ability to align legal positions with commercial and strategic objectives.
- Intellectual property law (trademarks, designs, domain names)

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a law firm and/or in‑house legal role for an international organisation; prior exposure to the luxury goods, watchmaking or premium consumer sector is highly desirable.
Advanced legal degree with specialisation in intellectual property (Master of Laws/LL.M. or equivalent).
