TAG Heuer Industrial Controller

- Collaborate with the Finance team to oversee industrial management control across development, manufacturing, and distribution activities at sites in Cornol, Chevenez, and La Chaux-de-Fonds.
- Disseminate management control culture among operational staff and ensure comprehensive reporting on industrial performance.
- Act as a Business Partner to evaluate the financial impact of projects and propose improvement actions.
- Contribute to the implementation and enhancement of analytical tools and performance indicators.
- Support teams in analyzing, steering, and enhancing industrial tool performance.
- Develop and monitor budgets.
- Analyze effects of over/under absorption, including price variance, overconsumption, waste, budget variance, and production volume.
- Monitor industrial activity through production dashboards.
- Conduct tasks related to periodic closures.
- Oversee financial tracking of industrial projects.
- Master's degree from a Business School or University with a focus on Economics or Finance.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial management control.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and SAP.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to challenge stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical skills and exemplary attention to detail.
- Autonomous in a dynamic and demanding environment.
- Organized, precise, and methodical with a strong synthesis ability.
- Proactive with a willingness to challenge the status quo and propose innovative solutions.
A minimum of 3 years in industrial management control is required, with a deep understanding of production site challenges.
Master's degree in Economics or Finance from a Business School or University.
The position offers a hybrid working mode, allowing for a balance between on-site and remote work, with regular travel to industrial sites in the Jura region.
