1. Participate in the Finance team responsible for industrial management control across development, manufacturing, and distribution activities.
2. Base operations in La Chaux-de-Fonds with regular travel to industrial sites in Jura, with potential for alternative Jura-based locations.
3. Promote management control culture among operations teams and provide industrial performance reporting.
4. Serve as a Business Partner to estimate financial impacts of projects and propose improvement actions.
5. Contribute to the implementation and enhancement of analytical tools and performance indicators.
6. Support teams in analyzing, steering, and improving industrial tool performance.
7. Develop and monitor budgets.
8. Analyze effects of over/under absorption including price variances, overconsumption, waste, budget discrepancies, and production volumes.
9. Monitor industrial activity through production dashboards and investment studies.
10. Handle tasks related to periodic closures.
11. Oversee financial tracking of industrial projects.

1. Master's degree from a Business School or University with a focus on economics or finance.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial management control.

Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial management control.

Master's degree in Business, Economics, or Finance.
