TAG Heuer Industrial Controller

- Participate in the Finance team responsible for industrial management control across development, manufacturing, and distribution activities.
- Base operations in La Chaux-de-Fonds with regular travel to industrial sites in Jura, with potential for alternative Jura-based locations.
- Promote management control culture among operations teams and provide industrial performance reporting.
- Serve as a Business Partner to estimate financial impacts of projects and propose improvement actions.
- Contribute to the implementation and enhancement of analytical tools and performance indicators.
- Support teams in analyzing, steering, and improving industrial tool performance.
- Develop and monitor budgets.
- Analyze effects of over/under absorption including price variances, overconsumption, waste, budget discrepancies, and production volumes.
- Monitor industrial activity through production dashboards and investment studies.
- Handle tasks related to periodic closures.
- Oversee financial tracking of industrial projects.
- Master's degree from a Business School or University with a focus on economics or finance.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial management control.
- Expert proficiency in Excel and SAP.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to challenge counterparts.
- Excellent analytical abilities and exemplary rigor.
- Autonomous in a dynamic and demanding environment.
- Organized, precise, methodical, and possessing a synthetic mindset.
- Proactive with a readiness to question the status quo and propose innovative solutions.
Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial management control.
Master's degree in Business, Economics, or Finance.
