1. Participate in recruitment processes including CV review and interview coordination.
2. Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
3. Manage employee files and update the personnel database.
4. Assist in the preparation of human resources documents.
5. Support the onboarding process for new employees.
6. Update HR software systems such as My People Hub and Learning Lab.
7. Prepare necessary documentation for new hires, including health insurance and initial medical examination arrangements.
8. Coordinate with external agencies for contracting forms.
9. Update and manage the holiday tool for new employees.

1. University education in Law, Labour Relations and HR, or Psychology.
2. Master's Degree in Human Resources Management.

1. Fluency in English; proficiency in French is advantageous.
2. Autonomous with strong initiative.
3. Excellent problem-solving skills for unforeseen events.
4. Strong interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to present and implement innovative ideas and methods.

6 months of experience in a previous HR role as a trainee.

University education in Law, Labour Relations and HR, or Psychology. Master's Degree in Human Resources Management.
