1. Lead talent acquisition efforts for boutique staff, focusing on building a strong talent pipeline within the retail sector.

3. Oversee HR operations, including HRIS management, report generation, and analysis of employee statistics.

1. Minimum 10 years of experience in HR generalist roles, preferably in the Watches and/or Jewelry category with a focus on retail operations.
2. Strong business acumen with proven business partnering skills in a retail environment.
3. Thorough knowledge of local employment law and ability to find commercial solutions aligned with best practices.
4. Excellent presentation skills and proficiency in English and Korean.
