1. Assist in the integration of new employees, including recruitment activities such as job posting and candidate pre-qualification.
2. Support managers to ensure seamless communication with new hires and facilitate a quality onboarding experience.
3. Manage the preparation and administrative integration of employee files and coordinate medical appointments.
4. Provide daily administrative HR support and guidance to employees in collaboration with the HR Manager.
5. Oversee the tracking and management of paid leave, RTT, sick leave, maternity leave, etc.
6. Ensure the accuracy and update of information in HR management tools and databases.
7. Participate in the collection and consolidation of training needs in collaboration with managers.
8. Monitor the operational deployment and maintenance of the training plan, liaising with internal and external training providers.
9. Contribute to the organization and scheduling of training sessions for all employees.
10. Engage in various cross-functional projects as per the project calendar.

1. Pursuing a degree from a business school or equivalent program.
2. Ideally, previous experience in HR, including internships or apprenticeships.

1. Proficiency in standard office software (PowerPoint, Excel).
2. Organized, meticulous, proactive, and inquisitive.
3. Strong affinity for the luxury sector with a focus on excellence.
4. Autonomous with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Entry-level position suitable for candidates with initial HR experience, including internships and apprenticeships.

Currently pursuing a degree from a business school or equivalent.
