TAG Heuer Human Resources Assistant Apprentice

- Assist in the integration of new employees, including recruitment activities such as job posting and candidate pre-qualification.
- Support managers to ensure seamless communication with new hires and facilitate a quality onboarding experience.
- Manage the preparation and administrative integration of employee files and coordinate medical appointments.
- Provide daily administrative HR support and guidance to employees in collaboration with the HR Manager.
- Oversee the tracking and management of paid leave, RTT, sick leave, maternity leave, etc.
- Ensure the accuracy and update of information in HR management tools and databases.
- Participate in the collection and consolidation of training needs in collaboration with managers.
- Monitor the operational deployment and maintenance of the training plan, liaising with internal and external training providers.
- Contribute to the organization and scheduling of training sessions for all employees.
- Engage in various cross-functional projects as per the project calendar.
- Pursuing a degree from a business school or equivalent program.
- Ideally, previous experience in HR, including internships or apprenticeships.
- Proficiency in standard office software (PowerPoint, Excel).
- Organized, meticulous, proactive, and inquisitive.
- Strong affinity for the luxury sector with a focus on excellence.
- Autonomous with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Entry-level position suitable for candidates with initial HR experience, including internships and apprenticeships.
Currently pursuing a degree from a business school or equivalent.
