- Contribute to the implementation of HSE policies at the industrial site.
- Participate in risk analysis and deployment of corrective measures.
- Initiate improvement proposals for health, safety, and environmental practices.
- Engage in internal and external audits related to HSE.
- Promote a safety culture through practical awareness initiatives at the workplace.
- Establish, disseminate, and maintain updated prevention plans.
- Manage and distribute personal protective equipment.
- Conduct safety induction training for new employees.
- Maintain inventory and safety data sheets for hazardous products.
- Oversee the management and disposal of hazardous materials.
- Update emergency response plans and organize evacuation drills.
- Perform periodic safety system checks and integral tests.
- Collaborate with HR on accident statistics and annual reporting to CPIH.
- Coordinate safety and security elements during infrastructure and building works.
- Support various departmental projects concerning health, safety, and security.
- Monitor access updates and address security anomalies.
- Participate in environmental actions aligned with ISO 14001 standards.
- Track environmental indicators and prepare annual reports.
- Federal Certificate of Specialist in Occupational Safety and Health or equivalent qualification or experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within an industrial environment.
- Basic knowledge or experience in industrial processes, infrastructure, or maintenance.
- Understanding of chemical products and their management.
- Knowledge in security (protection of people and property).
- Proficiency in MS Office and general IT tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and negotiate effectively.
- Autonomous, dynamic, and field-oriented personality.
- Fluency in French; English and/or German is an advantage.
A minimum of 3 years in a similar position within an industrial setting, with a solid understanding of processes and techniques.
Federal Certificate of Specialist in Occupational Safety and Health or equivalent qualification.
