TAG Heuer HSE Safety Officer

- Conduct risk analysis and implement corrective measures.
- Develop and implement accident and occupational illness prevention strategies.
- Contribute to on-site safety and health audits.
- Promote and cultivate a safety culture within the teams.
- Draft, update, and disseminate prevention plans ensuring compliance with standards.
- Manage the supply and distribution of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Organize and conduct safety training for new employees.
- Manage inventories and safety data sheets for hazardous materials.
- Establish and maintain emergency procedures, including first aid and fire evacuation protocols.
- Plan and coordinate periodic evacuation drills.
- Ensure regular inspections of fire suppression systems and other safety devices.
- Collaborate with Human Resources to monitor incidents and analyze annual safety statistics.
- Coordinate emergency response measures with HSE representatives during incidents.
- Oversee safety and security aspects during infrastructure and site development projects.
- Support the development and implementation of health, safety, and security projects.
- Federal Certificate of Specialist in Occupational Safety and Health (MSST) or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an industrial setting.
- Basic knowledge or experience in mechanics or industrial maintenance.
- Proficiency in chemical management and safety.
- Advanced skills in using fire and intrusion detection systems.
- Proficient in MS Office and general IT tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Autonomous, dynamic, and field-oriented with strong prioritization skills.
- Fluent in French, basic English (A2), and German is an asset.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within an industrial environment, with a strong command of technical and safety processes.
Federal Certificate of Specialist in Occupational Safety and Health (MSST) or equivalent.
