- Serve as a trusted HR advisor to the leadership team for the local market and connected watch unit, providing guidance on HR-related matters.
- Implement and execute HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals, including talent management, performance management, compensation, and employee relations.
- Manage the recruitment process for all levels of positions within the designated business units, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures.
- Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
- Identify training and development needs and implement programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Track and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Manage a team of two HR professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities.
- Oversee all payroll processing activities and manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on business partnership.
- Knowledge of French labor law and regulations.
- Experience in the luxury goods or technology industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Workday).
- Experience with payroll processing and HR administration.
- Fluent in French and English.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, particularly in business partnership roles.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
