1. Provide support and guidance to managers and employees in Central Europe (Germany, Austria, and the Netherlands) on all HR-related matters.
2. Ensure professional HR support in daily operations, acting as a point of contact for managers on labor law and personnel administration issues.
3. Assist in selected recruitment processes in collaboration with hiring managers and manage external service providers.
4. Support training and development initiatives for employees in collaboration with the global HR department.
5. Oversee external payroll processing, conduct personnel controlling, and prepare HR reports.
6. Participate in HR projects in alignment with global HR strategy.

1. Completed degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources or a comparable qualification.
2. Minimum of three years of experience in a generalist HR role, ideally in an international environment.

1. Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken German and English; French is an advantage.
2. Structured and solution-oriented work approach with a pragmatic mindset.
3. High social competence and empathy in interactions with employees and managers.
4. Proficiency in MS Office and strong presentation skills.
5. Willingness to travel.

Minimum of three years in a generalist HR role, preferably within an international context.

Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources or equivalent.
