TAG Heuer HR Manager

- Provide support and guidance to managers and employees in Central Europe (Germany, Austria, and the Netherlands) on all HR-related matters.
- Ensure professional HR support in daily operations, acting as a point of contact for managers on labor law and personnel administration issues.
- Assist in selected recruitment processes in collaboration with hiring managers and manage external service providers.
- Support training and development initiatives for employees in collaboration with the global HR department.
- Oversee external payroll processing, conduct personnel controlling, and prepare HR reports.
- Participate in HR projects in alignment with global HR strategy.
- Completed degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources or a comparable qualification.
- Minimum of three years of experience in a generalist HR role, ideally in an international environment.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken German and English; French is an advantage.
- Structured and solution-oriented work approach with a pragmatic mindset.
- High social competence and empathy in interactions with employees and managers.
- Proficiency in MS Office and strong presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel.
Minimum of three years in a generalist HR role, preferably within an international context.
Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources or equivalent.
