1. Coordinate and manage the logistics of internal and external training programs.
2. Organize and lead onboarding sessions for new employees at TAG Heuer.
3. Prepare the annual training calendar and coordinate with various internal and external providers.
4. Update the training catalog and manage the digital training platform.
5. Oversee training-related billing and budget tracking.
6. Facilitate specific talent development events such as Learning Days and Career Days.
7. Participate in internal training sessions and animate the 'Future Day' initiative.
8. Contribute to the update of the LMS platform and report on key training indicators.
9. Engage in cross-functional HR projects related to talent development.

1. Native French speaker with fluency in English.
2. Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools; knowledge of 360 Learning is advantageous.
