1. Coordinate and organize onboarding days for new employees at TAG Heuer.
2. Prepare the annual training calendar.
3. Organize training sessions with various providers, including scheduling, invitations, room reservations, and feedback collection.
4. Update the training catalog.
5. Welcome training providers and participants at the Maison, ensuring communication in both French and English.
6. Manage training invoicing and budget tracking.
7. Update and manage the digital training platform and create training materials.
8. Organize talent development days such as Learning Days, Team Building, retreats, and Career Days.
9. Participate in internal training events and animate the 'Future in All Genres' Day.
10. Contribute to updating the LMS platform, reporting key training indicators, and communicating HR Learning initiatives internally.
11. Actively participate in cross-functional HR projects related to talent development.

1. Native French speaker with fluency in English.
2. Proficiency in MS Office and digital interactive tools.
3. Knowledge of 360 Learning is an advantage.
