1. Oversee payroll management, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
2. Manage and support budget planning.
3. Calculate and process various incentives and commissions, including monthly incentive commission reports.
4. Manage severance pay and retirement pension schemes.
5. Administer social insurance (4 major insurances).
6. Handle employee overtime calculation, annual leave, and work schedule management.
7. Arrange and manage year-end tax adjustments for all employees.
8. Prepare and maintain headcount reports, providing accurate and timely data for HR planning.
9. Coordinate and arrange mandatory Health & Safety training for employees.
10. Coordinate employee health check-ups and welfare program operations.
11. Coordinate group insurance programs, including updates.
12. Ensure strict adherence to C&B-related legal requirements.
13. Act as a primary point of contact for payroll vendors and maintain seamless communication.
14. Foster positive and effective communication channels with all employees to address C&B inquiries and concerns.
15. Efficiently handle various ad-hoc tasks, providing quick feedback and solutions.
16. Provide reception services for company guests.
17. Perform other HR duties as required by the company.

1. 2+ years of relevant HR experience (maximum 7 years preferred).
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
4. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
5. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
6. Proactive attitude with strong ad-hoc task processing capabilities and quick feedback.
7. Solid knowledge of labor laws and C&B related regulations.
8. Native proficiency in Korean and business-level proficiency in English.
