- Oversee payroll management, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- Manage and support budget planning.
- Calculate and process various incentives and commissions, including monthly incentive commission reports.
- Manage severance pay and retirement pension schemes.
- Administer social insurance, including the four major insurances.
- Handle employee overtime calculation, annual leave, and work schedule management.
- Arrange and manage year-end tax adjustments for all employees.
- Prepare and maintain headcount reports, providing accurate and timely data for HR planning.
- Coordinate and arrange mandatory Health & Safety training for employees.
- Coordinate employee health check-ups and welfare program operations.
- Coordinate group insurance programs, including updates.
- Ensure compliance with C&B-related legal requirements and maintain seamless communication with payroll vendors.
- Foster effective communication channels with employees to address C&B inquiries and concerns.
- Efficiently handle various ad-hoc tasks, providing quick feedback and solutions.
- Provide reception services for company guests.
- Perform other HR duties as required by the company.
- 2+ years of relevant HR experience (up to 7 years preferred).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Proactive attitude with strong ad-hoc task processing capabilities and quick feedback.
- Solid knowledge of labor laws and C&B-related regulations.
- Native proficiency in Korean and business-level proficiency in English.
