TAG Heuer HR Coordinator

1. Provide general administration and filing of HR documentation.
2. Support recruitment processes, including advertising vacancies, screening CVs, managing applicant responses, organizing interviews, and conducting initial screening interviews.
3. Prepare employee documentation such as new starter letters, induction packs, probationary letters, and contracts of employment.
4. Manage the onboarding process, including employment checks, reference requests, and integration of new joiners.
5. Oversee the leaver process, ensuring communication with relevant managers and updating internal systems.
6. Maintain accurate and timely records, providing updates for monthly payroll.
7. Ensure employee files are accurate, up-to-date, and managed in compliance with GDPR.
8. Regularly update the HR employee database with information such as employee details, absence records, and disciplinary records.
9. Monitor and update internal KPI files, tracking metrics like absence, retention, and recruitment.
10. Update HR documents, including employee forms, job profiles, department structures, and training presentations.
11. Support employee relations by preparing letters and taking minutes.
12. Coordinate training sessions, send out course confirmations, update training records, and analyze feedback forms.
13. Assist with updates to the company handbook, policy documents, and relevant paperwork.
14. Prepare data for monthly and annual HR reports.
15. Contribute to company communication and employee engagement initiatives.
16. Provide HR advice and support to department managers and employees.
17. Assist with company and department projects and data analysis.
18. Act as an ambassador for the organization’s values, staying informed on employment law and industry trends.

1. Understanding of HR processes and legal requirements.
2. Previous experience working within an HR or similar environment.
3. Excellent attention to detail.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and various software packages.
2. Experience in producing and analyzing reports.

Minimum 3 years of experience in HR or a similar environment.
