TAG Heuer HR Coordinator

- Provide general administration and filing of HR documentation.
- Support recruitment processes, including advertising vacancies, screening CVs, managing applicant responses, organizing interviews, and conducting initial screening interviews.
- Prepare employee documentation such as new starter letters, induction packs, probationary letters, and contracts of employment.
- Manage the onboarding process, including employment checks, reference requests, and integration of new joiners.
- Oversee the leaver process, ensuring communication with relevant managers and updating internal systems.
- Maintain accurate and timely records, providing updates for monthly payroll.
- Ensure employee files are accurate, up-to-date, and managed in compliance with GDPR.
- Regularly update the HR employee database with information such as employee details, absence records, and disciplinary records.
- Monitor and update internal KPI files, tracking metrics like absence, retention, and recruitment.
- Update HR documents, including employee forms, job profiles, department structures, and training presentations.
- Support employee relations by preparing letters and taking minutes.
- Coordinate training sessions, send out course confirmations, update training records, and analyze feedback forms.
- Assist with updates to the company handbook, policy documents, and relevant paperwork.
- Prepare data for monthly and annual HR reports.
- Contribute to company communication and employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide HR advice and support to department managers and employees.
- Assist with company and department projects and data analysis.
- Act as an ambassador for the organization’s values, staying informed on employment law and industry trends.
- Understanding of HR processes and legal requirements.
- Previous experience working within an HR or similar environment.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and various software packages.
- Experience in producing and analyzing reports.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and plan workload according to deadlines.
- Flexibility and adaptability to support change.
- Professionalism, conscientiousness, and reliability.
- Problem-solving skills and initiative.
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR or a similar environment.
