1. Manage distribution from the central distribution center to regional warehouses to ensure optimal product availability and meet market demand.
2. Support local teams by communicating product availability and recommending distribution strategies tailored to specific market needs and constraints.
3. Monitor shortage references, manage back-order levels, and implement proactive measures to ensure optimal stock levels.
4. Collaborate with the Product Life Cycle & Inventory Manager to implement rebalancing actions and adhere to product phase-in/phase-out strategies.
5. Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards to transform complex data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making.

1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply planning, demand planning, or a related supply chain role.

1. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Fluency in English and French.
4. Experience with Anaplan, SAP, or Power BI is advantageous.
