TAG Heuer Global Merchandising Manager

- Develop and execute merchandising strategies across all channels including boutiques, e-commerce, franchises, wholesale, and outlets to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
- Analyze sales trends and market data to optimize product assortment and improve the in-store customer experience.
- Train and mentor retail staff on Assortify and Auto-replenishment tools to ensure effective product assortment execution.
- Monitor inventory levels and product availability, coordinating with supply chain and operations teams to resolve issues.
- Support regions in implementing wholesale assortments through the Salesforce B2B Assortment module.
- Allocate special stock and conduct store performance analysis in collaboration with the Retail Operations Team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan product launches, streamline processes, and manage inventory effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in merchandising, preferably within the luxury goods or watch industry.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and visual merchandising principles.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful merchandising strategies.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a creative mindset and a passion for luxury products.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Power BI and Anaplan is a plus.
A minimum of 3 years in merchandising, preferably within the luxury goods or watch industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
