TAG Heuer Global Demand Planner

- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for TAG Heuer products using historical sales data and market insights.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to incorporate promotional activities and new product launches into forecasts.
- Work with supply chain and production teams to optimize inventory levels, minimizing stockouts or excess inventory.
- Analyze inventory trends, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Participate in the monthly S&OP process, providing demand insights to align supply and demand plans.
- Resolve demand-supply imbalances with cross-functional teams and present demand planning reports to management.
- Monitor and analyze forecast accuracy, developing key performance indicators (KPIs) to track improvements.
- Conduct root cause analysis of forecast errors and implement corrective actions.
- Lead forecast review meetings with local demand planners and communicate changes and risks to stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment between forecasts and production plans through close collaboration with supply chain teams.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to improve data quality and forecasting processes.
- Identify and implement enhancements to demand planning processes, systems, and tools.
- Maintain documentation for processes and participate in projects to enhance capabilities.
- Stay informed on industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's or Master's in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-5 years in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with proficiency in statistical forecasting techniques and software (e.g., SAP APO, Oracle Demantra, Anaplan).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional team collaboration.
- Solid knowledge of supply chain principles; experience in luxury goods or watchmaking is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
- Fluent in English; French is advantageous.
Minimum 3 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain management.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
