- Manage the training catalogue and roll-out for the Maison and Group.
- Monitor and report on mandatory e-learning completion rates.
- Animate and lead the community of learners and 'Learning Influencers' to increase engagement.
- Organize and co-host five international onboarding events, acting as a brand ambassador.
- Manage the roll-out of various development tools and contribute to innovative learning initiatives.
- Support the development and dissemination of global communications for Learning & Development initiatives.
- Manage communication with learners and learning communities through newsletters.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Passion for brand storytelling and content creation.
- Proven precision, rigor, and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English.
- Swiss or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit.
- Proficiency with digital tools and multimedia assets.
- Ability to work autonomously and flexibly.
- Strong teamwork and adaptability skills.
No prior corporate experience required, suitable for those seeking their first corporate role or completing an internship as part of their studies.
