TAG Heuer Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

- Lead the preparation of comprehensive monthly financial reporting packages for the US, Canada, and Caribbean/Latin America, utilizing SAP and SyRUS.
- Analyze financial performance by comparing actuals against budgets and prior year figures; conduct variance analysis to identify key drivers and proactively follow up with business partners for insights.
- Deliver in-depth P&L analysis to both internal stakeholders and Headquarters.
- Monitor and evaluate expenses at both channel and cost-center levels, identifying risks and opportunities to optimize cost management, and providing actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure budget adherence, track expenses, and offer financial guidance, particularly for marketing expenses and T&E.
- Monitor profitability by channel (retail, wholesale) and store.
- Contribute to Capex projects, including new store openings, renovations, and relocations, ensuring robust financial analysis and ROI assessment.
- Actively participate in the annual budget cycle: coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop key P&L assumptions, challenge stakeholders, and drive alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage and develop an Analyst.
- Master's degree in Finance preferred
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in FP&A
- Prior experience in retail industry preferred
- Experience in multi-brand environment a plus
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of SAP
- Strong business acumen and ability to quickly grasp key business drivers
- Highly analytical with critical thinking and natural curiosity
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player with ability to build relationships
- Extensive knowledge and experience with building financial models from scratch
- Excellent project management skills and ability to manage competing priorities
Minimum 5 years
Master's degree in Finance preferred
