1. Manage the annual budget and financial forecast for all brands.
2. Lead the monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis and management reporting.
3. Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
4. Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business decisions and project long-term growth.
5. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
6. Ensure financial objectives such as margins, growth, efficiency, productivity, and ROI are appropriately analyzed.
7. Manage and mentor the FP&A Analyst.
8. Collaborate with the Marketing team to review actuals to budget and manage month-end close processes.
9. Enhance existing Excel models and their functionality.
10. Partner with the Accounting team for month-end close reporting, driving internal processes to maintain and improve predictability of financial results.
11. Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports to support decision-making.
12. Provide comprehensive review and commentary on cost center findings.
13. Support new projects by evaluating P&L results, developing reports, and providing post-analysis.
14. Respond to finance-related queries from internal departments and ensure timely follow-up.
15. Participate in internal and external audits.

1. Business School qualification or a Master's degree in Finance.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A.
3. Multi-brand experience.
4. Extensive knowledge and experience with building financial models from scratch with limited oversight.

2. Detail-oriented, organized, and analytical.
3. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
4. Ability to multitask and adapt to a constantly changing, fast-paced environment.
5. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
6. Experience communicating with executive-level leadership regularly.
7. Proven ability to build financial models for budget and forecast.
8. Works well within a team as well as autonomously.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, with multi-brand exposure and extensive knowledge in building financial models.

Business School qualification or a Master's degree in Finance.
