TAG Heuer Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

1. Lead the preparation of comprehensive monthly financial reporting packages for the US, Canada, and Caribbean/Latin America, utilizing SAP and SyRUS.
2. Analyze financial performance by comparing actuals against budgets and prior year figures; conduct variance analysis to identify key drivers and follow up with business partners for insights.
3. Deliver in-depth P&L analysis to internal stakeholders and Headquarters.
4. Monitor and evaluate expenses at both channel and cost-center levels, identifying risks and opportunities to optimize cost management.
5. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure budget adherence and offer financial guidance, particularly concerning marketing expenses and T&E.
6. Monitor profitability by channel and store.
7. Contribute to Capex projects, including new store openings, renovations, and relocations, ensuring robust financial analysis and ROI assessment.
8. Participate in the annual budget cycle, coordinating with cross-functional teams to develop key P&L assumptions and drive alignment with organizational goals.
9. Manage and develop an Analyst.

1. Master's degree in Finance preferred
2. Minimum 5+ years’ experience in FP&A
3. Prior experience in retail industry preferred
4. Experience in multi-brand environment a plus

1. Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
2. Knowledge of SAP
3. Strong business acumen and ability to grasp key business drivers
4. Highly analytical with critical thinking and natural curiosity
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
6. Team player with relationship-building ability
7. Experience with building financial models from scratch
8. Excellent project management skills

Minimum 5 years
