1. Support accounting and administrative tasks within the department.
2. Record accounting operations and entries in SAP.
3. Reconcile bank accounts and balances.
4. Manage and control supplier and customer invoices, including accounts payable and receivable.
5. Organize and file accounting documentation both physically and digitally.
6. Collaborate in the preparation of basic financial reports and statements, such as balance sheets and profit and loss statements.

1. College degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics.
2. Proficiency in English.

1. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
2. Strong knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP.
3. Excellent communication skills to gain agreement or acceptance.
4. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
5. Analytical skills.
6. Creativity and dynamism to propose feasible projects.
7. Ability to plan and organize effectively.
8. Tolerance for stress and ability to perform under pressure.
9. Ability to work under rigid timelines.

Beginner level experience is required.

College degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics.
